โครงการฮอนด้าเมืองไทยปลอดภัย โดยรถจักรยานยนต์ฮอนด้า คว้าโล่ประกาศเกียรติคุณ “ค่าของแผ่นดิน” ด้านการพัฒนาสังคมและส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิต

จากการดำเนินกิจกรรมและรณรงค์การขับขี่ปลอดภัยมาอย่างต่อเนื่องกว่า 3 ทศวรรษ

ดร.อารักษ์ พรประภา รองประธานกรรมการบริหาร บริษัท ไทยฮอนด้า แมนูแฟคเจอริ่ง จำกัด เปิดเผยว่า

“รางวัลค่าของแผ่นดินถือเป็นสิ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความสำเร็จจากความมุ่งมั่นในการลดอุบัติเหตุบนท้องถนนมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง

ถึง 33 ปี ด้วยความมุ่งหวังที่จะให้สังคมไทยเป็นสังคมที่มีความปลอดภัย ที่ผ่านมาเราได้บุกเบิกการรณรงค์ขับขี่ปลอดภัย

และเผยแพร่ความรู้ในด้านนี้ภายใต้โครงการฮอนด้าเมืองไทยขับขี่ปลอดภัย  ( Safety Thailand )  

ทั้งการพัฒนาหลักสูตรการขับขี่ปลอดภัยที่เหมาะสมกับสภาพจราจรในประเทศไทย

ควบคู่ไปกับการผลิตครูฝึกขับขี่ปลอดภัยเพื่อถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้กับประชาชนในทุกจังหวัดทั่วประเทศ

เช่นเดียวกับการสร้างศูนย์ฝึกขับขี่ปลอดภัยในทุกภูมิภาคโดยร่วมมือกับร้านผู้จำหน่ายฯ สถานศึกษา และหน่วยงานของภาครัฐ

รวมไปถึงการปลูกจิตสำนึกสาธารณะในการใช้รถใช้ถนนให้กับผู้ใช้รถจักรยานยนต์ทั่วไป เพื่อให้สังคมไทยเป็นสังคมที่มีความปลอดภัยอย่างแท้จริง

และจากนี้ไปเราก็จะยังคงมุ่งมั่นอย่างไม่ลดละตามแนวทางของฮอนด้ามอเตอร์ที่ต้องการลดอัตราการเสียชีวิตจากอุบัติเหตุทางถนน

จากยานยนต์ฮอนด้าลดครึ่งหนึ่งภายในปี 2030 ”

สำหรับโครงการเมืองไทยปลอดภัยหรือ Safety Thailand เริ่มดำเนินกิจกรรมมาตั้งแต่ปี 1989

ตั้งแต่ยุคของบริษัท เอ.พี. ฮอนด้า จำกัด และดำเนินการมาจนมาถึงปัจจุบันในนามของ บริษัท ไทยฮอนด้า แมนูแฟคเจอริ่ง จำกัด

โดยมีจุดเริ่มต้นจากการส่งเจ้าหน้าที่ไปอบรมที่ประเทศญี่ปุ่นและนำความรู้ รวมถึงวิธีการที่ได้รับมาพัฒนาให้เหมาะสมกับสภาพจราจร

ในประเทศไทยและพฤติกรรมการขับขี่ของคนไทย โดยหลักสูตรที่ทำการอบรมประกอบด้วยหลักสูตรพื้นฐานจนไปถึงระดับครูฝึก

อาทิเช่น หลักพื้นฐานการขับขี่ปลอดภัย 10 ประการ (PDSA), หลักสูตรขั้นพื้นฐาน, หลักสูตรสำหรับสอบใบขับขี่, หลักสูตรรถบิ๊กไบค์,

หลักสูตรรถวิบาก รวมไปถึงหลักสูตรครูฝึกและผู้ช่วยครูฝึก ล่าสุดยังได้เปิดโครงการฝึกทักษะการคาดการณ์อุบัติเหตุ

หรือ Accident Prediction Training (APT) ทางออนไลน์ เพื่อให้ทุกคนสามารถเข้าถึงการเรียนรู้ได้ตลอดเวลาไม่ว่าจะอยู่ที่ไหนก็ตาม

นอกจากหลักสูตรต่างๆ แล้ว ฮอนด้ายังได้สร้างศูนย์ฝึกขับขี่ปลอดภัยขนาดใหญ่ (Honda Safety Riding Park/Center) ถึง 4 แห่ง

ในกรุงเทพฯ สมุทรปราการ เชียงใหม่ และภูเก็ต เพื่อถ่ายทอดความรู้และทักษะในการขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์อย่างปลอดภัยให้กับคนไทย

เช่นเดียวกับการรณรงค์แคมเปญ Zero Accident อุบัติเหตุเป็นศูนย์ เริ่มที่ตัวคุณ และแคมเปญส่งเสริมการสวมหมวกกันน็อก Helmet

Society (โครงการสังคมหัวแข็ง)

ทั้งนี้ การประกาศเกียรติคุณ “ค่าของแผ่นดิน” ถือเป็นรางวัลอันทรงเกียรติระดับชาติที่รัฐบาลไทยได้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเชิดชูเกียรติให้แก่บุคคล

องค์กร หรือชุมชนที่ทำคุณประโยขน์ต่อประชาชน สังคม และประเทศชาติ ในลักษณะของจิตอาสา ด้วยความสมัครใจ มีความเสียสละ

โดยไม่หวังผลตอบแทนใดๆ โดยมึคณะกรรมการเอกลักษณ์ของชาติ สำนักงานปลัดสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรีเป็นผู้พิจารณาสรรหาผู้ที่มี

ความเหมาะสมเข้ารับรางวัลใน 7 ด้านประกอบด้วย ด้านการพัฒนาสังคมและส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิต ด้านการส่งเสริมและอนุรักษ์

ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาสาธารณสุข ด้านการส่งเสริมศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม ด้านการส่งเสริมและ

พัฒนาการเกษตร ด้านการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการศึกษา และด้านการสร้างสรรค์สื่อ โดยทางรถจักรยานยนต์ฮอนด้าได้รับเกียรติจากนาย

วิษณุ เครืองาม รองนายกรัฐมนตรีเป็นผู้มอบรางวัลเมื่อเร็วๆนี้

Honda Safety Thailand Receives
“Value of the Land: Pride and Dignity of Thais” Plaque of Honor

Bangkok 17, 2022: Thai Honda Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Honda’s motorcycle sales and production subsidiary, has recently received “Value of the Land: Pride and Dignity of Thais” Plaque of Honor in ‘Social Development and Quality of Life Enhancement’ category. This recognition spotlights Honda Safety Thailand’s commitment to promoting safe riding in the country for over three decades.

Dr. Alaksh Phornprapha, Vice President of Thai Honda Manufacturing Co., Ltd., said: “Honda is very honored to receive this recognition, which highlights our success in our commitment to reducing road accidents over the past 33 years.  Our wish is for Thailand to be a safe society. Over the years our initiative, the ‘Safety Thailand’ campaign, has aimed to raise road safety awareness, to provide safe riding training courses that are best suited to Thailand’s traffic conditions, as well as to produce safe riding trainers for motorcyclists in all provinces across the country. In addition, Honda Safety Riding Centers/Parks, in collaboration with distributors, educational institutions, and state agencies, have strived to instill public awareness on road safety to make sure Thailand is a truly safe society. From now on, we will move forward following Honda’s global direction that aim to reduce traffic collision fatalities involving Honda Motorcycles and automobiles by half by 2030.    

Launched in 1989, the “Safety Thailand” project started by A.P. Honda Co., Ltd and being operated until now by Thai Honda Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The project began with Thai staff trained in Japan who then returned to develop educational training courses that are best suited to Thailand’s road conditions and the behaviors of the Thai people.  The riding training courses are for beginners and trainers and include the 10 Pre-Delivery Safety Advice (PDSA), the basic riding course, riding license training lessons, Big Bike riding course, dirt courses as well as courses for trainers and assistant trainers.  Most recently, the online Accident Prediction Training (APT) was launched to be equally accessed and learned by everyone anywhere and at any time.  

In addition to training curriculum, Honda has also been operating 4 Honda Safety Riding Parks/Centers in Bangkok, Samutprakarn, Chiangmai, and Phuket to pass on the knowledge and skills of safe riding to Thai people. Honda also launched numerous campaigns such as Zero Accident campaign and Helmet Society campaign.

The “Value of the Land: Pride and Dignity of Thais” Plaques of Honor, is a national award offered by the Thai government to recognize individuals, organizations, and communities who contribute towards the benefits of society. The award committee offered the plaques of honor in seven categories: Social Development and Quality of Life Enhancement, National Resources and Environment Promotion, Public Health Promotion, Religious and Cultural Promotion, Agricultural Promotion and Development, Education Development and Creative Media.  Thai Honda recently received the plaque from Deputy Prime Minister Wissanu Krea-ngam.
